Our Prices

We aim to offer as much transparency as possible about the likely costs involved in accessing psychological services within the Clinical Psychology Collective.  Please find an outline of our fees below.  Some of our training and consultancy work requires a bespoke package and so we will ask that you contact us to discuss fees for these services.

 

Once you have booked your appointment with us, we will send further information including all of the terms and conditions, instructions on how to pay for your appointment, as well as a link to your online session which is hosted through our secure client management system.

Payment and cancellation policy

All sessions are required to be paid 48 hours in advance. If payment has not been received within this time, your clinician reserves the right to withhold treatment. If there is an outstanding balance further action may be taken.

 

Cancelling your appointment at any point up to 48 hours prior to your session will not incur a cancellation fee.  However, should you cancel between 48 and 24 hours of the session, 50% of the session fee will be payable. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, 100% of the fee will be payable.  We therefore ask that you contact us as soon as possible to inform us of any cancellations or if you need to reschedule.
